You can easily use the link below to sign into your Portal.
The Patient Portal is very important for a variety of reasons. You will need one to complete the Practice Paperwork. This is done by eSignature within the Portal. You can also see and schedule future appointments at your convenience and receive HIPAA secure messages from our clinic.
You will need to speak to a member of our admin staff to begin the process. They will need your name and as well as some other information such as birthday and email. They will begin the set-up process with you.
Once your Portal is Validated the Practice Paperwork will be put into your portal. You will see a place to validate your email. Select VALIDATE and then look in your email for a message that reads:
Verify your email address for Shawna Deeves MD PLLC Patient Portal
Open the email and select the link that reads "Click to verify email"
You will then need to go back into your Portal and the eSignature Packet will be ready to fill out.
Not to worry. Give us a call and we will be glad to help you with regaining access to your Patient Portal.
